  • FlexiBees was started to solve the problem of the low and declining female labour force participation rate (LFPR) seen across the world and predominantly in South Asia. The 3 Women founders. Deepa N Swamy, Shreya Prakash, and Rashmi Rammohan, are friends and batchmates from IIM Bangalore, after which they worked in various Fortune 500 companies for almost a decade.
  • Our vision is to re-employ qualified and experienced women professionals across all areas of expertise, for whom part-time/work-from-home works better as a life choice.
  • We help talented women professionals return to work and stay in the workforce by creating meaningful and career-building flexible work opportunities. Equally, by creating awareness about the multiple benefits of flexibility in work for businesses, we have created a sustainable virtuous cycle.
  • We have a growing talent pool of 35K+ women professionals and has created several hundreds of meaningful, career-building roles so far; these are opportunities for women to work on their own terms, using the talent and skills they have spent their entire professional lives honing.
  • FlexiBees has provided talent to 400+ clients across the world, with very high client satisfaction rates. Recently, we have built the FlexiBees App for Women, to make the vetting process more seamless and easier for the Women candidates.
  • Most of our 40-member team are returning women professionals and mothers, who work with us flexibly. In all ways, we are a team led by women, comprising women, who are building for women.
  • We are a 100% genuine organization. We are a private limited company and have a reputed CA Firm that audits our books of account. We do not charge any money from candidates for placement nor do we encourage job roles that require money investment from our candidates. The only investment required is of your time, experience and skill sets.
  • Our contracting process ensures that the Terms of work are fairly and legally drawn up, and you know the Terms before starting the job.
