About Mr. Aman Kedia:

I was born and bought up in Nizamabad. Growing up, seeing my family with Steller entrepreneurship background inspired me to the great extent. My passion for entrepreneurship and father like business mindset started since my childhood.

I finished my engineering from Nizamabad. After graduation, I had a path to choose, either to be in Nizamabad and learn practical aspects of business from my tauji Shri Pawan Kedia Ji ,who has been my only inspiration in life, or pursue higher education from a business school.

The choice I made proudly is staying back and join our Ricemill family Business, under the guidance of my Tauji, who refined my business & accounting skills.
As a child, I have always been very curious and greatly interested in technology. I was updated with the latest tools and techniques available in the market which enabled me to bring the modern element to the conventional business. This phase not only taught me the core business skills but also made me emotionally strong and laid a strong a foundation for my life ahead.

After rice mill business a new chapter began when I joined paper mill. The core foundation of paper mill was laid by my father, Shri Sushil Kedia Ji and brother, Shri Puneet Kedia Ji. And I then carried the legacy forward. During this phase, there were many realizations. First thing, I realized, that the city of
Nizamabad had immense opportunities for business and investment. This City with a rich history and culture, offered me great platform to learn, grow and become an entrepreneur. Nizamabad is the city with highest number of Agriculture industrial zones in the country. There are many industries which are bringing much prosperity to the city. The main reason for the success of these industries is that Nizamabad is known as a business-friendly city with many industrial zones suitable for all types of businesses.

Within a short span of time , We were able to setup the factory from scratch and scale it to a production capacity ,which was recognized by the government ,
Some milestones worth mentioning, are that we were featured as top 10 papermill in FY 21-22 & 22-23 , by the INDUSTRY OUTLOOK magazine. I was awarded Young Entrepreneur of the year 22 at Business awards organized by Franchise India at Hyderabad. Economic Times -Excellency Award in Packaging Paper Manufacturer by Times Group in 2022. Events like these motivate us to achieve higher and contribute more to the society by generating employment and improving quality of life of the people around the production facility.

The man behind this humongous success is Aman Kedia.  Aman was born into a family of entrepreneurs in the city of Nizamabad. Seeing his father and paternal uncle. From a very young age, he knew that entrepreneurship like engineering requires clockwork precision and the ability to be on top of things 24x7. Inspired by his father, and paternal uncle, Mr. Pawan Kedia, he decided to continue contributing to his family business after completing his engineering degree from Nizamabad.

Initially, he worked under his family’s leadership and refined his skills in accounting and business for their Ricemill business. However, with Aman’s curiosity and the vigor to do something big, this was just the tip of the iceberg. So he took another step and started contributing to another arm of their business – Sri MK Mills Pvt. Ltd. Most industries in Nizamabad are successful because Nizamabad is known to be a business-friendly city. Aman realized this very quickly and used it to his advantage.

In a short period, he set up the factory from scratch and scaled it to a production capacity of 45,000 TPA, which was recognized by the government. His growth enabled him to employ numerous people and improve their lifestyles apart from contributing to the country’s growth. Aman leveraged his technical expertise to ensure that Sri M K Paper Mills Private Limited follows all pollution control requirements. Aman worked hard to obtain the necessary certificates, including the IEC Certificate, ISO 9001-2015 Certificate, LEI Certificate, Udyam Registration, and FSC COC Certificate.

All of these efforts were duly recognized. The peppermill was featured as one of the top 10 peppermills in FY 21-22 & 22-23 by a renowned magazine. He was also awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 at the Business Awards organised by Franchise India in Hyderabad. A national daily also awarded him with the Excellency Award for Packaging Paper Manufacturer in 2022. The mill further received an appreciation certificate received from the Government of India for clearing its entire liability, having no outstanding tax liabilities, and having filed its returns electronically in the prescribed time. Moreover, the mill also received the Global Business Achievement Awards 2022 from the Top-notch Foundation.
