The Role

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create visually captivating graphics, layouts, and illustrations that effectively convey messages and reflect our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions for various projects, including branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design tools to continuously enhance skills and remain ahead of the curve.
• Adapt designs based on client feedback to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Working Schedule: 9-5 EST (Mon-Fri)
