The Role

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute innovative design solutions for various projects, including branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets.
• Conceptualize visually stunning graphics, layouts, and illustrations that effectively communicate messages and reflect our brand identity.
• Take charge of projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and design tools to continuously enhance skills and stay ahead of the curve.
• Incorporate client feedback into designs to achieve client satisfaction and project success.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by collaborating with other departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Working Schedule: 9-5 EST (Mon-Fri)

Ideal Profile

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
