Leasing Finance Associate specializing in legal and statutory requirements. Contribute to our commitment to excellence on a dynamic team by doing some of these key responsibilities:

• Understanding the entire process cycle from start to finish

• Ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately, including processing, receiving, and validating requests, maintaining master data, and adhering to organizational policies

• Handling various tasks such as reconciliations, processing requests, managing journals, posting transactions into ERP systems, and validating received input

• Engaging in leasing-related tasks such as reviewing credit lines for customers, conducting risk analysis, and providing recommendations

• Addressing queries from customers and third-party stakeholders

• Following up on outstanding items and ensuring they are resolved promptly

• Adhering to the escalation matrix provided by customers for unresolved issues

• Conducting statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Performing quality checks with colleagues to minimize errors in processing

• Adhering to customer-wise contractual commitments

Skills and experience you have:

• Having at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Working experience with accounting principles

• Demonstrating business fluency in both French and English

• Preferably having some financial education background

• Proficient in using MS Office tools.
