About the Role:

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client interfaces within the assigned Account or a portfolio of Accounts, specifically focusing on Europe/UK hiring across various industries. This role involves building and nurturing key client relationships, driving top-line and bottom-line performance, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive account plans outlining key relationships, revenue opportunities, and potential challenges.

  • Client Delivery: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and seamless service delivery.

  • Requirement Analysis: Thoroughly understand client requirements and provide guidance to the team for effective execution.

  • Candidate Management: Screen, evaluate, and submit consultant profiles, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communication.

  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for high-end or niche requirements, ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Negotiation and On-boarding: Coordinate with consultants to ensure client fitment, negotiate rates, and facilitate smooth on-boarding processes.

  • Analyze metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure successful outcomes.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in Europe/UK staffing.

  • Prior experience in the IT/Non-IT Consulting/Staffing and Recruitment industry is preferred.

  • Ability to manage a team and to engage in just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver results on a high-volume basis.

  • Utilize both traditional and innovative recruiting strategies to fulfill client needs.
