About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to set up & lead our IT Staffing division. This is a crucial role responsible for driving strategic growth, profitability, and overall success of the IT staffing business. You will be a strategic leader who can build and manage high-performing teams, develop, and execute winning business plans, and foster strong relationships with clients and talent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the IT staffing business, including setting annual revenue and profit targets, identifying new market opportunities, and expanding our client base.

• Lead and manage a team of IT staffing professionals, including recruiters, account managers, and sourcers, to achieve recruitment goals and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various industries, understanding their IT talent needs and delivering customized staffing solutions.

• Build and manage a robust network of qualified IT talent across diverse specializations, ensuring a consistent flow of top candidates for client requirements.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques, technology platforms, and industry best practices.

• Oversee the performance and efficiency of all IT staffing operations, including recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, client communication, and on-boarding.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adapt staffing strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and manage departmental budgets for salaries, marketing, technology, and other operational expenses.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure successful outcomes.

• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork, innovation, and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in a leadership role within the IT staffing industry in India.

• Proven track record of success in driving profitable growth within a staffing or related business.

• Strong understanding of the IT job market, current trends, and emerging technologies.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach a team to achieve goals.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
