Alliance Polysacks Pvt. Ltd. leading manufacturer of Block Bottom woven sacks, known for innovation, quality and efficiency is looking for Chief Operating Officer. Location: Manoharpur, Jaipur (Rajasthan).
This is a senior management role to handle complete operations of the manufacturing plant. A strategic leadership role crucial for driving operational excellence, constantly improving our processes, and leading a dedicated team of 400 + towards achieving business goals.
The role requires to oversee the daily operations ensuring efficiency, quality in operations and timely delivery of products, working closely with Quality, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement and HR to optimise processes and implement best practices in the industry. He should possess strong negotiating skills to deal with the team, vendors and contractors. This position reports to the CEO.
QUALIFICATION:- Graduate Engineer from a reputed university/CA. Management Qualification will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:- Min. 20 years in manufacturing operations on the Shop floor with a proven track record of success, of which min. 5 years, in the senior leadership role managing large workforce and cross functional teams. Exposure to packaging or similar Industry is desirable, however is not a constraint.
SKILLS:- Excellent verbal & written communication skills to lead cross functional projects.
AGE:- 45 to 50 Years.
