We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving lead generation across various platforms including Meta Channels, Telegram Channels, YouTube, and Google. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and possess exceptional communication skills. They will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing them effectively, and assisting in the onboarding process of new users.Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Utilize Meta (Facebook - Instagram - Whatsapp), Telegram Channel and Google channels to generate high-quality leads.Implement innovative strategies to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.Lead Management:Record and manage leads efficiently for follow ups using our designated management module or CRM system.User Onboarding:Assist all new users in the signup process, providing guidance and support as needed.Facilitate eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) procedures to ensure compliance and security.Assist suppliers on our platform to help them create their first listing of product, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Assist buyers on our platform to help them create their first sample order ensuring an efficient process.Communicate with buyers and suppliers to facilitate sample order fulfillment and delivery.Address any issues or concerns related to any processes.
