HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires and maintain applicant tracking system (ATS).
Help draft job descriptions, post openings on job boards, and conduct research on industry trends.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in organizing recruitment events.
Contribute ideas for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
0-1 years of experience in HR and related fields.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources and staffing.
