SourceFuse Technologies hiring Sales Ops.Roles & Responsibilities:Experience: 7+ yearsExperience in enterprise sales for technology services / digital transformation ( Public Cloud / AI / Data Analytics preferred)Sales Support:Assisting the sales team in achieving their goals by preparing and coordinating all necessary documentation, providing necessary data, and facilitating communication with clients & ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and ready for presentations or meetings and with our Internal Presales and Delivery TeamAnalyze market conditions and trends, and identify opportunities in assigned accounts/territory through research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging the use of social media.Customer Service & Account ManagementEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, responding e?ciently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer retention rates.Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and lifetime references.Data Management : Maintaining sales records, updating customer databases, and generating sales reports for senior management. Currently we are using two tools HubSpot (Internal)+ APN AWS Portal (AWS Tool).Need to learn & track Partner Programs ( AWS example )Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve e?ciency, making recommendations to management, and implementing approved changes.Sales Strategy Support: Assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies in line with company goals and targets.Team Communication: Facilitating internal communication within the sales team, as well as between the sales team and other departments, to ensure seamless operations.Lead Management: Assisting in the quali?cation and distribution of leads to the sales team and tracking their progress during Weekly Sales Review.Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of Sales Processes and Cloud Business, maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and staying updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
