ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are hiring an experienced Admin Officer to help us keep growing. If you're dedicated and ambitious professional looking to gain experience working for an international purpose-driven organisation in the child rights space, The Centre is an excellent place to grow and develop your career.
We are looking for a candidate to assist The Centre in all aspect of administrative tasks. The successful candidate should be an organized person, problem solving attitude and be able to work independently as well as with the team. Our Admin officer will work closely with all teams at The Centre to effectively bring across the admin work, impact and outcomes, to improve the company procedure and contribute to our staff in longer term.
The Role
Job Title: Admin Officer
Department: Admin and Finance Department
Location : Hong Kong
Reports to: VP Admin & Finance
This role is a full-time post and will be based in Hong Kong.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
The position includes but is not limited to the following specific tasks:
- Plan and arrange meetings and conference calls
- Keep clear record of all contracts signed and pending
- Study company policies and procedures, arranging reviews with CEO annually to make sure all policies are up to date and easily accessible to staff
- Insurance knowledge (all kinds of insurance)
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating/assisting preparation of document, analysing data, and finding solutions
- Manage general office admin
- Other duties as requested.
Ideal Profile
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the field of administration;
- Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiar with both Windows and Mac system
- Experience in using Zoom meeting and dropbox is a plus
- English is working language
- Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple tasks with different deadlines;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
- An excellent communicator with a strong eye for detail;
- Up to date on company policies and procedures once on aboard
- Self-motivated and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team;
- Willing to accept new information/knowledge and fast learner
